The Craft Marquee is organised by Mrs Angela Thurgood who can

Crafts include: handmade paper products, ceramics, craft materials, prints, art, jewellery, picture cushions, name plates, woodturning, teddy bears, glassware, traditional upholstery, pottery, cards, soaps, wrought ironwork, photographic prints, aromatherapy, stoneware, handbags, gothic mirrors, smocks, beachcombed collages, childrens gifts, embroidery, leatherwork, knitware, scraper boards, soft furnishings, Christmas decorations, walking sticks, picture mounts, clocks, toys, saddlery, patchwork, amber, sculpture, copperwork, lace & handmade decorated eggs. Wherever possible we encourage exhibitors to work on their exhibits at the Festival rather than simply displaying them. Demonstrations include painting, upholstery, spinning, lace-making and rural crafts. Exhibitors are advised to read the Exhibitor's Guide. In order to avoid too much duplication of any particular craft, some exhibitors may not be granted a stall every year. |
