The Craft Marquee is organised by Mrs Hilary

Crafts include: handmade paper products, soaps, ceramics, jewellery, quilting, soft furnishing, stained glass, dolls, boatware, cards, portraits, knitting, house names, coal ornaments, aromatherapy, bronzes, books & maps, stitchwork, leatherwork, wrought ironwork, hats, handmade decorated eggs, prints, decorated mirrors, handbags, contemporary artwork, woodturning, photographs, glassware, clocks, personalized gifts, wooden toys, candles, baskets, walking sticks and picture mounts. Wherever possible we encourage exhibitors to work on their exhibits at the Festival rather than simply displaying them. Demonstrations include glass staining, upholstery, doll-making, spinning, lace-making, rural crafts, hat-making and flower pressing. Exhibitors wishing to have a stall are advised to read the Exhibitor's Guide. In order to avoid too much duplication of any particular craft, some exhibitors may not be granted a stall every year. |
