GRANTS:
The Axe Vale Festival exists to provide grants to the Flamingo Pool, Axminster and other local charities. Since the Festival first started in 1995, we have given away £127,053 to the Famingo Pool and £62,194 to other charities. Since January 2006, grants have been made to: Flamingo Pool, Axe Valley Netball Team, Axminster Horticultural Society, Axminster Millenium Trust, Axminster Chamber of Commerce, Axminster Scout Group, Axminster Tourist Information Office, Axminster Twinning Association, Axminster Heritage, Children's Hospice South West, Frankie Selwyn representing Devon at World Scout Jamboree, Health & Local Foods for Families, Kilmington Playing Fields Committee, Kilmington Primary School, Minster Church Axminster, Phebe Park Project Trust, Rainbow Playgroup, St Giles Church Kilmington, St Michael's Church Shute, Uplyme Playground, Alice Watts Kenya Community Work, ELF Exeter Leukemia Fund. |
