The Toys & Hobbies Marquee is organised
by Mrs Margaret Astbury who can be contacted by Telephone: 01297-35077.
Most of the exhibitors in this marquee demonstrate their interests, rather than sell items. Last year they included: replica model shops of Axminster and Chard, model boats and horse drawn carts, office machinery, a dolls house, M&M sweet merchandise, patchwork quilting, old toys, Bakyo models, horse brasses, coiled clay vessels, gypsy caravans, prams, old small kitchen and farm tools and a display by Buffers Bogies Model Railway Club. Exhibitors wishing to have a stall are advised to read the Exhibitor's Guide. In order to avoid too much duplication of any particular hobby, some exhibitors may not be granted a stall every year. |
